Thanks for the contribution.  I will add this to the distributed library 
code should there be any future interest in streaming BSAC-format AAC audio.

(In that vein: Did the IETF AVT working group accept your Internet Draft 
"draft-feiten-avt-bsacmode-for-rfc3640-00.txt" as a working group item 
during the last IETF meetng (in Minneapolis)?)
