Hi Ross,

I'm not sure if it makes sense to add the bsac file reader as it is to the 
distribution.
The MPEG-21 gbsd extension is still experimental.
Our draft was not so well accepted. Main concern was that it was not good to 
create a new mode for rfc3640.
Instead a new playload format should be proposed.
In MPEG-21 a new work item on streaming of MPEG-21 XML descriptions started.

But with very little change the BsacFileReader would just read a plain 
MPEG-4 Audio BSAC elementary stream.
I also extended a bit the MPEG4GenericRTPSource and Sink. I added a new mode 
(BSAC-gbsd).
For standard BSAC the generic mode of rfc3640 could be used. But these 
classes would also need some clarification to properly support the generic 
mode, I think.
