I don't see any problem.  Your stream 
"rtsp://192.118.51.178:554/videoBlogger/Blog140.3gp" is only about 7 
seconds long.  When I run "openRTSP" on that URL, I get two files (MPEG-4 
video and AMR audio), each of which are also about 7 seconds long, when 
streamed.
