As Laurent Pinchart noted, Windows Media Player does not support RTSP/RTP 
in any standard way.

RealPlayer 10 supposedly supports RTSP/RTP, but has several bugs - 
especially when playing multicast streams.

Instead, I recommend the VLC media player <http://www.videolan.org/vlc/>, 
or perhaps Apple's QuickTime Player.
