As of the most recent source code release (2005.03.28), the "RTSPServer"
implementation now supports raw-UDP streaming (rather than RTP/UDP
streaming), for those clients that request it.

Raw-UDP streaming is usually requested only by specialized clients (such as
set-top boxes) when playing MPEG Transport Streams. (Because MPEG
Transport Streams have audio and video multiplexed together, and have their
own timestamps, they don't need RTP for streaming.)

(For example, the AmiNet 110 set-top box <http://www.aminocom.com/> can now
play MPEG-2 Transport streams from the "testOnDemandRTSPServer" demo
application.)
