Yes.  We support both possible RTP payload formats for AAC:
- "audio/MPEG4-GENERIC" (used by most MPEG-4 streams), implemented by
         MPEG4GenericRTPSink (for sending) and MPEG4GenericRTPSource 
(receiving)
- "audio/MP4A-LATM" (used by '3GPP' streams), implemented by
         MPEG4LATMAudioRTPSink (for sending) and MPEG4LATMAudioRTPSource 
(receiving)
