[Live-devel] MPEG4 video file frame rate

When streaming from an MPEG4 video file, testMPEG4VideoStreamer streams the 
file at about half the speed that it should.  When streaming a file extracted 
from a Quicktime movie trailer, testMPEG4VideoStreamer streams it at about 
twice the speed it should.  What is the reason for this and is there some way 
I can influence ByteStreamFileSource to stream at the correct rate?
