Because the server derives the RTP timestamp directly from the 
medium's presentation time, your question should really be: "How is 
the *presentation time* calculated for m4v?".

To see this, look at the "MPEG4VideoStreamFramer" class, and 
(especially) its parent class "MPEGVideoStreamFramer".
