(I'm assuming that you're not trying to implement RTSP server 'trick 
mode' functions (such as seeking).  If you are, then see

It sounds like you want to perform additional parsing on the input 
MPEG-4 video stream.  To do this, look at modifying the 
"MPEG4VideoStreamFramer" class.
