Yes.  The presentation time from a "RTPSource" should not be treated 
as being accurate until after RTCP "Sender Report" packets start arriving.

Note that you can use the function 
"RTPSource::hasBeenSynchronizedUsingRTCP()" to test whether or not 
RTCP "Sender Report"s have started arriving.
