I don't know, but if you search in Google for
         +"rtsp://" +".mp4"
then you'll find several "rtsp://" URLs that contain MPEG-4 video 
content.  You can try some of these (using "openRTSP" with the "-t" 
or "-T <http-port>" option (try 80, 8000 and 8080 for <http-port>).

For example:
         rtsp://kmdi.utoronto.ca:555/osconf/2004_may10.1.mp4
         rtsp://lillestroem.uio.no/intermedia/cscl2003/Baker.mp4
         rtsp://lillestroem.uio.no/intermedia/cscl2003/Dillenbourg.mp4
         rtsp://gurke.bootlab.org/default.mp4
         rtsp://christianchallenge.org:554/ccistream/sunday.mp4
         rtsp://stream1.canal.qc.ca/ulaval/Univers_bible_10.mp4

(However, I still have trouble understanding why you care about 
streaming MPEG-4 video content, when you don't even have any such 
content to begin with :-)
