It becomes ENTEC from either the packet headers being incorrect, or
ethereal incorrectly identifying them as ENTEC. I suspect the latter.

Filter them in ethereal and force them to be the protocol you think they
are, then run the ethereal analysis (bitrate graph or whatever you are
doing) on that.
