FYI, the "LIVE555 Streaming Media" code already has some support for 
receiving this 'QuickTime Generic' RTP payload format.  See 
"QuickTimeGenericRTPSource.{hh,cpp}".  This  class is used by 
"QuickTimeFileSink" to help implement the "-q" (and "-4") option to "openRTSP".
