[Live-devel] Can rtspserver stream the mpeg1 or mpeg4 video from the real time streaming source?

Dear sir:
    I am trying to caputre the video from my v4l camera and want to encode
the source into mpge1 or mpeg4 format file.And at the same time I wanna
stream them by rtsp server.Is it possible?
    If it is possible,how can I manage it?
