[Live-devel] while playing the bit rate was very low and often paused

hi,
    when i test the testMPEGAudioVideoStreamer program. I couldnt play .mpg file continueingly, and paused often.
the player i use is realplay, and the bit rate of the mpg is over 200Kbps,
but the bit rate in the playing is only 60Kbps. Why?
I didnt rewrite the source code and the test is in the LAN.
are there any parameters should i reset in the source code£¿
