[Live-devel] Cannot compile GroupsockHelper.cpp on cygwin

Could you please find whatever #include file you have that defines 
IP_ADD_SOURCE_MEMBERSHIP, and send a copy to this mailing list?  (I 
want to figure out why it does not also define "struct ip_mreq_source".)
