Conversion of PCM<->uLaw is supported (see "uLawAudioFilter.hh,cpp" 
and its use in, e.g., "testWAVAudioStreamer").

Conversion of PCM<->aLaw is not currently supported, but could easily 
be added, using code similar to the existing "uLawFromPCMAudioSource" 
and "PCMFromuLawAudioSource" classes.  Feel free to add this.
