[Live-devel] compiling live on xp

Hi,
     Has anybody been successful in compiling live on xp ? If so,
please share your experience.
I am having trouble. I am following the instructions at :
http://www.live555.com/liveMedia/#config-windows


I ran:
genWindowsMakefiles

but when I ran make after this in live directory,
it says :
make[1]: Entering directory 'liveMedia'
make[1]: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
