Hello,
i'm a newbie with livemedia and really want to learn more about it.
i tried to run the testmpeg4videostreamer.cpp with visual studio 2003 but it didn't really work like what i expected.
first of all, i always got the error message:
basictaskscheduler::singlestep():select() fails: no error
which i think quite odd. If there's no error, why do i get this error message? or do i have misunderstanding here?
After doing some debugging i noticed that this error message comes after the variable freadset has the fd_count value of 3 and the fd_array is (1920,1904,3). i think the problem is the 3rd array (3), but i'm not quite sure why.it has the socket error message 10038.
other than that problem, the rtpGroupsock.multicastSendOnly(); and rtcpGroupsock.multicastSendOnly(); have the socket error message 10049. is it also a problem?
i would be really grateful for every help.
best regards,
gunar
ps: i use the file test.avi which is generated/encoded by the output_example.c of FFMPEG (but only video stream, without the audio. so basically i encoded an only-video AVI file.)
pss: the same problem also occured when i used testmpeg1or2videostreamer.cpp
the problem will occur by testondemandrtspserver after i tried to open the file with windows media player
