Note that if your input source (e.g., your ffmpeg-derived video 
encoder object) delivers complete frames - one at a time - rather 
than an unstructured byte stream, then you can use 
"MPEG1or2VideoStreamDiscreteFramer" rather than 
"MPEG1or2VideoStreamFramer".
