[Live-devel] Trick play and reuseFirstSource

Hi

In  MPEG2TransportFileServerMediaSubsession, would it not make sense
to check if reuseFirstSource is set, and load the index file (if it
exists) in case it is not. I believe that the way it is now, you will
have to remove the index file to be able to use the source file as a
reusable source. I could be reading the code wrongly though.
