[Live-devel] Starttime patch

The VLC developers (specifically Jean-Paul Saman) tell me that they 
are still working on their updated version of VLC (which will use 
this, and perhaps other, patches to the LIVE555 code to better 
implement client 'trick play' operations).  My understanding is that 
when they are ready to release this new version of VLC, they will 
also send me their patches, for inclusion in the "LIVE555 Streaming 
Media" libraries.

So, I'm planning to wait on word from the VLC developers, before I 
integrate their patches.
