[Live-devel] building under visual studio 2005

I'm trying to build the Live555 libraries / test programs under Visual 
Studio 2005, but am having trouble loading the generated .mak files.  I 
think my problem is exactly the same as described in this thread:

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a public response with a 
solution.  Could someone please point me in the right direction?
