Hi there,

I found out your library and I can't find some information.
My main question is:
- Can I compile your library to Windows Mobile 5.0?


I have the following situation...
I'm receiving RTP packets from network to my PDA. This packets contains 
H.263 frames. Can I use your library to decode the H.263 frames and 
transform them into BGR24 (Bitmap files)?
