Server support for seeking within MPEG Video Elementary Streams has 
not been implemented yet.  (It would be very easy to do - just 
implement "duration()" and "seekStreamSource()" in 
"MPEG1or2VideoFileServerMediaSubsession" - but I havengt gotten 
around to doing this yet.)
