Are you asking what a RTSP client should do to request that the 
server send back RTP-over-TCP?  If so, then you can figure this out 
by (i) reading the RTSP specification, (ii) looking at what the 
"openRTSP" client sends when you run "openRTSP -V -t", and (iii) 
looking at our RTSP server code (hint: search for "RTP_TCP").

Remember, You Have Complete Source Code, And Full Access To The RTSP 
Specification (RFC 2326)
