Hello all,

attached is patch for ServerMediaSession which:
a) enables user-level control of trackNumber for ServerMediaSubsession.
This feature, if used, shall be used for every subsession of specified 
session object.
b) allows to remove ServerMediaSubsession.
c) allows to overwrite 's=' 'i=' during SDP generation process.

All features above are mainly useful for manipulation ServerMediaSession 
without recreating instance.
