Hello All,

another simple problem - I've to stream audio to some brain-damaging 
black box which requires to allways append number of channels to format 
line (i.e. audio/format/frequency/channels).
Current implementation of RTPSink::rtpmapLine() adds number of channels 
only if it is higher than 1.
Since streaming to brain-damaging boxes is rather unusual task I'd ask 
to just make rtpmapLine() virtual.
