There is currently no way in the code to do this so that all current 
streams for the session stop immediately.

However, if your intention is to stop streaming to dead clients, then 
remember the "reclamationTestSeconds" parameter to 
"RTSPServer::createNew()" - see "liveMedia/include/RTSPServer.hh".
