There are no plans to change the licensing of any of this source code.

However, it's perfectly OK for you to write your own (non-LGPL) code 
that uses some of the "testProgs" code as a model.  I don't care if 
your own code looks similar to (or even, in places, identical to) the 
"testProgs" code.
