[Live-devel] Very slow playback of Transport Stream

I see three files listed (at 12 Mbps, 17.6 Mbps, 22.5 Mbps) for each 
of those.  Which one(s) cause problems for you?

I downloaded the 12 Mbps version of "Park Run" and streamed it from 
the "LIVE555 Media Server" to VLC - running on the same computer - 
and didn't see any playback problem.
