Sorry for mail address!

I send to early this mail and i forgot to specify that i use the live555 engine with lossless image because i convert raw image (with fixed size 1447680)  from camera to jpeg image (size ~75k)  in deliverFrameToClient method.

I set outpacketbuffer::maxsize to +- 3M (to be certainly but is it abused ?), timeTerFrame to 40ms, setDecimation is set to 16 (what's mean this?) and i have a Bandwith to 20M/s.

I get decim_ms equal to 62.5 (what is mean exactly?) and last_decim to 31250(?).
I think it is about time of engine to send rtp packet  but i can you help me to know more about?
