[Live-devel] ok i got my videos to upload wont play on home page

ok i got my videos to upload at www.xeleven59.com click the videos link the
videos are there they just wont play will a improperly loaded codecs on my
server do this? i have live and codecs on the server? in the admin side i
can see the videos and can even play it in the area where i can preview the
video or edit them.
but on the page i cant seem to get it to play any ideas?
