[Live-devel] any one know how to do a command line test

I cant get my videos to play on my site they play in the admin edit area but
not on the opening page im stumped, www.xeleven59.com/VideoShare i was told
to do a command line test for mencoder and for live i dont really understand
what they are asking? they said do it in ssh im in putty but never heard of
it.
any help be great
