This (your data) appears to be a 'short video header', which we 
currently don't support :-)

(Are you *sure* that your input data is MPEG-4 Video Elementary 
Stream data (not H.264, not H.263, not H.263+, not a MPEG-4-format 
file (combining audio and video)?)
