For the indexing to work, the input file must:
1/ Be a MPEG Transport Stream file (obviously)
2/ Contain MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 (*not* MPEG-4 or H.264) video

If you're sure that both of these are true, then please put your file 
on a web site, and send us the URL, so we can download and test it 
for ourselves.
