[Live-devel] How to play video stream from RTSPServer

 I build up a RTSPServer (e.g  testMPEG4VideoStreamer in the testProgs),Somebody ever say that it can play the  video directly in the VLC player with openning the UPL:rtsp://x.x.x.x:8554/teststream. I try to do it on the  Windows xp system(the server build on the Linux system) ,but fail.Should it  only play on the Linux? Or I must build a client myself with live-lib to play  it?
