[Live-devel] A new FAQ: "openRTSP" produces empty data files

Because this question has been asked several times recently, I have 
added a new entry to our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page 
<http://www.live555.com/liveMedia/faq.html>:

	"When I try to receive a stream using the "openRTSP" 
command-line client, the RTSP protocol exchange appears to work OK, 
but the resulting data file(s) are empty. What's wrong?"
