As noted in the "openRTSP" online documentation, you can use the "-r" 
and "-p" commands to request that the incoming data be sent to 
specific ports (and thus applications other than "openRTSP") ***on 
the same computer***.  However, you cannot get the data sent to ***a 
different computer***, because the server will not allow this.
