[Live-devel] Help me: I want to be a server

Hi,
I must create an application that take the input from a stream (for example testOnDemandRTSP output) and server becomes! 
In others words, I am the client of testOnDemandRTSP, but before I must become server! My purpose is to dispose of most traffic between host sharing the stream! 
How to?
