[Live-devel] testProgs tested ?

Further digging into the archives reveals that using the same port  
number on different multicast addresses probably isn't the best thing  
to do on linux. I've tried bumping the port number up by one and the  
vlc logs show no TS discontinuity errors now. I'll know for sure if  
it's working when I get back to my desk tomorrow
