Hi Ross,

I have a general doubt from the 3GPP Spec V9.0.0.

I am currently implementing the "alt","alt-default-id" and "alt-group" and
That falls under the section 5.3.3.3 and 5.3.3.4,

In that Server sends some alternate attributes (say bandwidth, maxprate etc.) and allows the client to choose one among them during the initial Negotiation.

My Doubt:

>From the Server's perspective, is there any possibility that server can send rtpmap information as alternatives with different Codec for the same file.

Example,

Regular:
a=rtpmap:97 MP4A-LATM/22050/2

Alternate:
a=rtpmap:97 AMR/8000

Is the above alternate possible for any clip??

Regards,
Sathish Kumar M
