No, I didn't say that you should 'remove' the "-f <framerate>" 
argument; I said that you should make sure that it's accurate.

You can use a client like QuickTime Player to check what the stream's 
frame rate really is.

Finally, do you really expect to be taken seriously on a mailing list 
like this if you use a "From:" line like "moonlit moonlit 
<moonlit99 at gmail.com>"??  This is not MySpace.
