"testMPEG4VideoStreamer" streams using multicast.  Not all networks 
and/or clients support IP multicast.

Instead, try using "testOnDemandRTSPServer" or "live555MediaServer", 
which stream via unicast (using RTSP/RTP).

>live video. How can we apply live video encoded data to live555
