[Live-devel] Looking for ARQ developer.

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, i'm looking for someone that
implemented some kind of retransmission for RTP packets that could get lost.
(ARQ?)
Is there anyone on here that implemented something like this already or is
willing to take a (paid) programming job to do such a thing?
