[Live-devel] bandwidth consideration

Hi Ross and others,

I am streaming a video using live555 and client as vlc.
If I specify explicitly that my bandwidth is this much (from vlc to live555) what action does the live555 media server will take?
Is anything related to this is defined in the implementation, by considering avaialble bandwidth?

Any sort of help is highly appreciated
