Do you really mean "RTP over HTTP"?  Our server implementation does 
not (yet) support "RTP over HTTP".  I think you mean "RTP over RTSP".

You can use VLC.  However, if you want to ensure that you always 
receive the stream via RTP-over-TCP (even it it can also be received 
via UDP), then you should set the appropriate flag in VLC's "Input & 
Codecs" Preferences panel.
