[Live-devel] VLC can't decode MJPEG stream

This is not a VLC mailing list, and our software does not do any JPEG 
(or other) decoding - it implements only the RTSP/RTP/RTCP protocols. 
Also, I don't know anything about the server (except that, according 
to the SDP description, it appears to be using our software).

However, you might try using the "openRTSP" client application to 
receive the motion-JPEG stream, writing each received JPEG frame to a 
separate file (a JPEG image file that you could then try viewing). 
I.e., you can add the "-m" option to "openRTSP"; see
