Do you have/know of a good tool I can use to analyze faulty streams (ones who create 0 byte indexes) myself?

Most MPG analysis tools I've tried don't work properly, so I'm left with a hex editor and the RFC most times.

The problem with this file is that the Program Map Table (PMT)
packets (those with PID 0x00a9) appear to be completely misformed.
(Note, BTW, that VLC can't play this file either.)
