Yes, I guess the current implementation - by not calculating jitter 
from every incoming packet - isn't really following the RTP/RTCP 
spec.  I'm not sure why I did things this way; it was probably years 
ago.

I might go ahead and change this in a future release.  In the 
meantime, feel free to change the "if" statement at line 291 of 
"RTPSource.cpp" to "if (1) ..."
